Small Group Career Coaching Cohort- Regular Membership

This small-group career coaching experience starts February 2nd, 2026 and brings together gifted, creative, and polymathic adults who are navigating career and life crossroads. Each week for 60 minutes, you’ll work directly with Emmaly and a small group of a peers in a supportive, inspiring community to help you succeed in your next step.

Between the weekly group meetings, you will work towards small but meaningful goals, have the opportunity to update the group on your progress, and have access to Emmaly for support and individualized advice. This program blends the structure and proven tools of the CURIOUS Career Framework™ with an open space to learn from others, get support for your challenges, and take action towards your goals.

Together, you will learn how to:

• Discover what truly lights you up and how your unique neurobiology can guide your work
• Design a career that actually fits your multiple interests, values, and strengths
• Break free from chronic indecision and stagnation using proven strategies and tools
• Ethically market your services and package your skills to appeal to prospective clients or employers
• Release projects and commitments that drain your energy and health so you can focus on what matters
• Determine what the market will actually pay so you can earn in alignment with your abilities and skills
• Find community with people who understand your intensity, complexity, and drive to make something meaningful and lasting

Cohort Details:

This initial registration payment secures your spot in the cohort. I will close the registration form as soon as the group fills (ten participants maximum) to ensure the group stays small and meaningful for all, so don’t delay if you are planning to attend.

This fee is non-refundable and covers your membership for the first two weeks of the cohort, including access to weekly meetings and our private online group. Subsequent invoices for $217 will be sent out bi-weekly, starting February 16th, 2026. You can cancel your membership at any time, with 30 day’s notice.

The cohort is month-to-month to keep it flexible for those who need it, though I recommend committing to at least twelve weeks of participation to gain the most from the experience.

Weekly meetings are likely to occur during earlier business hours (9am-3 pm MST) to accommodate participants who are in both North American and European time zones. However, we will poll the group to find a suitable weekday and time for all prior to the cohort start week of February 2nd. If the timing/date of this group doesn’t work for you for any reason, I will gladly roll over your registration fee to a future cohort that meets the needs of your schedule, or you can apply the fee towards 1:1 coaching with Emmaly.
