Who This Cohort Is Not For
We're intentional about who we invite to this. This cohort works best when everyone in the room is ready. It's not the right fit if:
- ✕ You're looking for a quick fix or a job placement service. This is a deep, 12-week process. If you need a resume rewrite or help applying to jobs this week, this isn't it.
- ✕ You're not ready to do the inner work. The CURIOUS framework asks you to reflect, question, and sometimes sit with uncertainty. If you want someone to just hand you the answer, this process will feel uncomfortable.
- ✕ You can't commit to 12 weeks. Community and consistency are what make this work. If your schedule won't allow for weekly sessions and some time between them for the exercises, wait for the next cohort.
- ✕ You're looking for a purely neurotypical career framework. Everything here is designed for gifted, creative, and neurodivergent minds. If that's not where you're coming from, you may find the framing doesn't resonate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be formally identified as gifted to join?
No. Many gifted adults were never formally identified, and many only discover their giftedness late in life or after their child was identified. If the language here resonates with you, this cohort was designed with you in mind.
What if I can't make a session live?
Sessions will be recorded and available to all participants through the online platform. That said, live attendance is where the real community and accountability happen. We encourage you to prioritize it.
I want to start my own business, build a portfolio career, or find fractional work. Will this cohort help me?
Yes! Non-traditional work, entrepreneurship, and fractional work are all options for gifted and 2e entrepreneurs. We will help you decide on the most values-aligned course of action.
I already have a job. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. This cohort is just as relevant for people who want to redesign their current role as it is for those exploring entirely new directions. Career crafting happens whether you're staying or going.
What's the difference between this and regular career coaching?
Most career coaching assumes you want a traditional career path, and just need better strategies for writing a resume, interviewing, networking, or uncovering your skills. This cohort is built for people who want something more: work that is flexible, deeply meaningful, intellectually stimulating, and a chance to think outside the box. We specialize in the specific challenges gifted and 2e adults face in the workplace, including bore-out, non-linear thinking, multi-potentiality, and the pressure to achieve.
Is the workbook included in the price?
Yes. Every participant receives a physical copy of The CURIOUS Career Workbook™ before the cohort begins.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! Klarna is our low-cost payment plan provider. Pay in three or four installments over six weeks, with 0% interest. Longer-term payment plans of up to 36 months with competitive interest rates are available, dependent on creditworthiness.
What time zone are sessions in?
Sessions meet every Wednesday at 1:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). That's 3 PM ET / 2 PM CT / 12 PM PT.
