About

Emmaly Perks M.Ed.,
Giftedness Consultant
Hello!

I’m so glad you’re here!
For over 15 years, I’ve supported bright, gifted, and high-potential individuals across the lifespan—from teaching gifted students in K–12 and university settings to leading career development and workforce programs for adults.
As an education and career consultant, I’ve helped gifted children, adults, and families find the right schools, meaningful careers, and fulfilling life paths—and I’d be honored to help you do the same.
Whether you’re looking to explore your own gifted identity, support your child in finding the right educational fit, train your teachers to better understand gifted learners, or help your organization recognize and support gifted employees—I bring deep expertise and current research to help gifted individuals thrive.
This work is personal for me, too. I was in gifted programs growing up, taught gifted students in the classroom, and am raising two bright children of my own. I understand the joys and complexities of giftedness from the inside out.
I’d love to connect and learn how I can support you, your family, or your organization in creating a world where giftedness is seen, supported, and celebrated.
