Services
Giftedness is a brain-based difference present throughout the lifespan.
Overview

Gifted individuals—bright, intense, and highly creative people—are often first identified in a K-12 school environment, but being gifted doesn’t end when high school ends. Beyond Gifted Services provides support for individuals across ages and stages, whether you are a gifted adult, the parent of a gifted child, a professional working with the gifted, or an organization wanting to support your gifted and high-potential employees.

Families

Finding the right school or method of education for your gifted or twice-exceptional child can feel overwhelming, if not impossible. I will help you to locate schools or design customized educational options appropriate for your gifted child, identify their talents and strengths, and assist with referral for cognitive testing, mental health treatment, and other supports. You can also join one of our SENG community groups for parents to get support from peers through who are also parenting gifted and twice-exceptional children.
Organizations

Gifted employees are your company’s most competitive, untapped asset, and most organizations don’t even know gifted adults exist! I facilitate career mapping for gifted, high-potential, and high-achieving employees to ensure your most talented staff are in the right roles and continue to grow. You’ll walk away with an understanding of the unique career needs of gifted employees, how to support their multipotentiality, and you’ll learn the secrets to attracting and retain high-performing talent.
Individuals

Gifted identity extends far beyond the classroom and affects everything from your career needs to relationships and even to your spirituality. Together, we will navigate common concerns such as career and life transitions, identifying meaningful work, parenting, and contending with aging. We will discover your unique gifts and all the ways being gifted shows up in your life. You are also welcome to join one of our upcoming SENG gifted adult groups to receive individualized support alongside other bright adults.
Educators & Schools

Meeting the needs of gifted and twice-exceptional learners can feel daunting, particularly for teachers who do not have specialized training working with gifted children. Having delivered workshops for thousands of teachers, administrators, and other professionals working with the gifted, I know what teachers and administrators need to improve their student outcomes immediately. In these workshops, you’ll learn about the social, emotional, and academic needs of gifted children, how to modify curriculum easily and effectively to keep all learners on track, and how to manage the trickiest parts of teaching gifted learners.
